Ethiopia Guji Suke Quto
Floral, lemony and peachy with the clarity we love in washed Ethiopian coffee.
Suke Quto Farm stretches across the highlands and valleys of the Odo Shakisso woreda in Guji, Ethiopia. Fertile volcanic soil is supported through organic recycling from leaf litter, coffee-root residue and shade trees. Farm owner Tesfaye works with 171 outgrowers who deliver cherries to the Suke Quto washing and drying station, alongside coffee grown on 221 hectares in the Guji highlands.

About Suke Quto
This coffee comes from one of Guji's celebrated growing areas, where high elevation and careful washed processing help create a clear, expressive cup. The coffee is listed as Organic and Rainforest Alliance certified.
Roasted to Highlight Origin
We roast Suke Quto lightly in Chicago to preserve sweetness, aromatics and the distinctive character of the coffee rather than pushing roast flavor to the front.
